2pm: Early-Bird Reception in Hotel's Atrium Bar
5pm-6:30pm: Pre-Banquet Cocktail Social at the banquet hall
6:30pm: Dinner is served
7:15pm: Induction program begins
Post Banquet: Hotel Atrium Bar open until midnight.
